i remember when i was a kid and we used to put kool aid into ice cube trays and stick tooth picks into it to make popsicles. they weren't really popsicles they were these weird shaped things that the tooth pick could barely support. most of the time the ice thing would fall off and get all over your clothes or fall onto the asphalt and the ants would come out to eat the syrup. nobody ever said 'these home made popsicles suck' we were just happy to have made something and there was never really any time to complain because there were ants to light on fire.
