this lady on the bus was struggling with her umbrella. she couldn't close it and she stood there fiddling with it trying to get it shut. after a while she gave up and broke it down. i felt bad for her. she seemed to really like the umbrella and as she stared at it all folded up in an unnatural way i wanted to walk over to her and ask 'do you need help burying it?
